I've worked with fund managers, institutional investors, and family offices across private markets — helping them raise capital, build investor relationships, and navigate the complexities of fundraising. This career across asset management and the venture capital ecosystem has given me a front-row seat to what separates the leaders who thrive from those who plateau.
That experience is what brought me to coaching. I’ve seen firsthand how the demands of fundraising, scaling a business, and managing high-stakes relationships test a leader’s clarity, resilience, and energy. And I’ve learned that the difference between good performance and exceptional performance rarely comes down to strategy alone - it comes down to the person behind the strategy.
Beyond my professional career, my understanding of awareness and energy has been shaped by what I call my ‘non-linear life.’ Through a range of diverse experiences and challenges, I’ve developed a deep sensitivity to human dynamics and resilience in the face of change.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to the ICF Core Values of Professionalism, Collaboration, Humanity, and Equity.
I trained with IPEC Coaching, an internationally recognised and ICF accredited coach training programme, and I am qualified as an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
