I've watched exceptionally capable people - partners, founders, portfolio leaders - hit moments where their thinking narrows, their energy turns reactive and the gap between where they are and what they're capable of quietly widens. 

My coaching work grew from years inside the ecosystem - conversations that kept going beyond strategy, into how a leader is actually thinking and showing up.

My own experience is part of what I bring. Relocating countries. Fatherhood. Professional pressure. A period where my clarity and steadiness were genuinely compromised. What changed things wasn't a better plan. It was understanding my own patterns and that's the work I now do with leaders. 

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach, iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
