Twenty-five years inside asset management and venture capital teaches you things that can't be learned from the outside.

I've watched exceptionally capable people - partners, founders, portfolio leaders - hit moments where their thinking narrows, their energy turns reactive, and the gap between where they are and what they're capable of quietly widens. 

My coaching work grew from years inside the VC ecosystem - conversations that kept going beyond strategy, into how a leader is actually thinking and showing up.

My own experience is part of what I bring. Relocating countries. Fatherhood. Professional pressure. A period where my clarity and steadiness were genuinely compromised. I know what it costs to hold that gap and what becomes possible when you close it.
